Aster Search Group Founder
Eve Cohen founded Aster Search Group in 1993. Prior to that she was a managing director at two other executive search firms. She launched a healthcare practice at one, and a hospital practice at the other.
Her clients have included major academic medical centers, such as Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, urban hospitals such as Bellevue and national insurers such as UnitedHealthcare.
Cohen has frequently been quoted in Crain's New York Business on healthcare issues. For the past four years she had been listed in their annual Who's Who in Health Care. She was chosen as one of the Women of the Future in 2003 by the New York Women's Agenda. She is also a board member of Women in Health Management and a member of the Metropolitan Health Administrator's Association.
Cohen speaks frequently about issues related to hiring in the healthcare field for such organizations as the Columbia Business School Alumni Association.
Cohen holds a Masters Degree in Social Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
