Eve Cohen founded Aster Search Group in 1993. Prior to that she was a managing director at two other executive search firms. She launched a healthcare practice at one, and a hospital practice at the other. Her clients have included major academic medical centers, such as Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, urban hospitals such as Bellevue and national insurers such as UnitedHealthcare. Cohen holds a Masters Degree in Social Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson's divestment of its healthcare management consulting division, Mr. Ippolito had managed the J&J consulting service lines of anesthesiology program development and surgical program business development since 1996; has focused his career on mediating and developing hospital-medical staff relations since 1978.

Susan S. Blum, MD, MPH
Integrative Medicine & Wellness Program Consultant

Dr. Susan Blum specializes in the practice of Functional Medicine, a unique approach that integrates nutrition and herbs for the prevention and treatment of medical conditions. She did her Internal Medicine training at St-Lukes Roosevelt Hospital, and her residency in Preventive Medicine at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC. She is Board Certified in Preventive Medicine.

Dr. Blum received her Masters in Public Health at Columbia University, and her training in Functional and Nutritional Medicine from The Institute for Functional Medicine, in Gig Harbor, Washington.
